3 Dogs and a Chick is adding to our team! We believe in old-fashioned customer service, fairness and trust.

We are looking to hire an out-going, talented pet lover who is dedicated to providing the best customer service. OPEN POSITION #1:

Specific skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills. The ideal person for this job would be personable, extrovert/outgoing, patient, professional, and able to get along well with a variety of people.

  • Retail experience and money handling experience necessary

  • Maturity, good judgment, and a professional personal appearance

  • Social media marketing experience a plus

  • The ability to ask appropriate questions to gather information along with the ability to feel and show empathy for others

  • Enjoy helping people and spending time with them

  • Detailed oriented, organized, accurate AND fast

  • Can easily multi-task while ensuring top notch customer service

  • Energetic, with the ability and initiative to work independently

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and stand on your feet all day

This open position is for sales associate, with the future potential to move into a management role. Available hours are approx. 30-35 per week. Job responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, helping customers problem solve and choose products, maintain the appearance of the sales floor, merchandise products, create new displays and many other tasks to help us run an awesome shop! Attractive employee discount is included for all our pack members. *Must have a flexible schedule, allowing for a mixture of daytime, early evening and weekend hours.* Starting pay $15-16 per hour, depending upon relevant skills and experience. Pay will increase if growth within 3 Dogs occurs.

OPEN POSITION #2:

  • Strong interpersonal skills. The ideal person for this job would be personable, outgoing, patient, professional, and able to get along well with a variety of people.

  • Maturity, good judgment, and a professional personal appearance

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and stand on your feet for hours while kneading dough and cutting shapes

  • Knowledge of basic baking skills

  • Ability to work in a neat and organized manner

  • Positive attitude and ability to work with a seasoned kitchen team

This open position is for baking assistant. Available hours are approx. 15-20 per week. Job responsibilities include baking our time-tested recipes for dog treats and cakes, working closely with seasoned employees and maintaining a tidy and orderly kitchen. Greeting customers, answering the phone and helping customers if retail staff is busy will also be expected. Attractive employee discount is included for all our pack members. *Hours are morning hours during weekdays only.* Starting pay $15 per hour.
